데이터 삭제 요청 — 기린은 억울해

가장 빠른 방법: 앱 안에서

설정 → 맨 아래 내 데이터 → [지우기] → "정말 지울까요?" 에서 [지우기]. 서버의 익명 계정과 기록이 그 자리에서 지워지고, 기기의 별명과 랭킹 정보도 초기화됩니다. (기기 안의 최고 기록·도감은 서버로 간 적이 없으므로 남습니다.) 이메일을 보낼 필요가 없습니다.

랭킹에 쓰던 별명 (예: "억울한기린 4821"). 기억이 안 나면 대략적인 최고 기록과 마지막으로 플레이한 날짜라도 적어 주세요.

별명은 랭킹에서 유일하므로 그것만으로 찾을 수 있습니다. 이 게임은 이메일·이름을 저장하지 않기 때문에 그 외의 확인 절차는 없습니다.

지워지는 것

익명 계정 번호, 별명, 최고 기록·시간·넘어진 이유·판 수. 즉 서버가 가진 전부입니다. 삭제 후 되돌릴 수 없고, 다시 설치하면 새 익명 계정과 새 별명이 생깁니다.

삭제 후 보관 기간: 없음. 삭제 즉시 서버에서 완전히 사라지며 따로 보관하는 사본이 없습니다. 서버의 일반 접속 로그(IP·시각)는 짧은 기간 뒤 자동으로 만료되고, 계정이나 별명과 연결되지 않습니다.

이메일 요청은 7일 안에 처리하고 답장을 드립니다. 앱 안 삭제는 즉시입니다.

Settings → My data → [Delete] at the bottom → [Delete] again on the "Really delete?" screen. The anonymous account and its score are removed from the server on the spot, and the nickname and leaderboard data on your device are reset. (Your local best height and dex progress never went to the server, so they stay.) No email needed.

Send an email to hetje.team@gmail.com with:

Subject: [the giraffe is innocent] data deletion request
Your leaderboard nickname (e.g. "kneegaveup 1130"). If you don't remember it, your approximate best height and when you last played will do.

Nicknames are unique on the leaderboard, so that alone identifies your record. Because the game stores no email or name, there is no other verification step.

What gets deleted

The anonymous account ID, nickname, best height, run time, fall cause and run count — everything the server has. This cannot be undone; reinstalling creates a fresh anonymous account and nickname.

Retention after deletion: none. Data is removed from the server immediately and no copy is kept. Standard server connection logs (IP, time) expire automatically after a short period and are not linked to an account or nickname.

How long it takes

Email requests are handled within 7 days and you get a reply. In-app deletion is immediate.
